Pre paid appointments will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled less then 24 hours before the scheduled time – A credit will be issued to equal amount (Less deposit if applicable)

Subscriptions to the 5D Goddesses can be cancelled at anytime however please note that no refunds on monies paid will be given. This is due to the fact that upon purchase members have full access to all downloadable material contained within the membership. Please note, once your unsubscribe, your membership will cease automatically and you lose access effective immediately

Once purchased, any item cannot be returned. Faulty items may be replaced upon application.

Healing’s and Treatments given by Elka are not to be used at any stage in the place of medical treatment and advice. It is understood that when you undertake a treatment that you are in good health physically and mentally.
